Please feel free to send us an email to book a Meet And Greet. Be aware that it is extremely difficult to book Meet & Greets during our busy periods
(this includes school holiday dates)
Please see below for more info
If you require school holiday dates, we always advise it’s best to get booked in for a Meet And Greet and trial night at least 3 months before, there may be a chance that your dog doesn’t settle on their first trial night, if this is the case the extended time frame will give us a chance to work on building up to a long period stay. If your dog suffers anxiety on their trial night, (this doesn’t happen often), but if it does to your pup we can slowly build on our relationship to help ease their stress and anxiety. Our number one concern is the dog and to make sure they are calm and comfortable.
We also conduct Meet and Greets & trial days/nights when there are no other dogs (except our own) at our boarding so your dog can enjoy getting to know the new sounds and sights in their own time.
The only exception to this is if we have cancelation spots. Then we will still arrange the Meet And Greets singularly but trial nights will be booked in with other dogs. The owner will be advised of this on the time of booking.
